The base vehicle is a Fiat Ducato 2.3 Tdci, 150hp engine with a 6 speed manual gearbox, and cruise control. Also fitted is air assist rear suspension which improves the ride.

The vehicle is 7.6 metres long and 2.3 metres wide.

In 2024, there was a full, major service, a new cambelt and water pump was fitted, and a replacement, updated and modified ECU was fitted. Also a new 115AH leisure battery fitted 2024.

Over 5,000 miles of travel in 2024 we have averaged 26mpg.

Cruises happily at 70mph at just over 2000rpm

Fitted Thatcham 2-1 approved alarm and immobiliser, insurance approved tracker, and insurance approved Stoplock Pro steering lock. All these items together reduce insurance premiums by approximately 15%

The living area is modern, spacious and light due to the large, opening panoramic roof light, and offers lots of space and vast amounts of storage everywhere.

Starting at the front, the two Captains seats swivel into the lounge area.

You have your dining and lounge area with parallel facing sofas and swing out round table with the option to incorporate a larger table for dining when required.

This larger table can also be used outside and is stored in a locker next to the entrance door.

This sofa seating has storage below the seats, and will also convert to a double bed.

There are only two belted seats so although you can sleep four you can only legally travel with two. Two extra seats belts could be fitted if desired.

Above the cab are huge storage lockers running all around to the side as well meaning clutter free living when you're out and about.

Just at the back of the lounge area is the first TV, currently running an Amazon Firestick, but also has a roof mounted aerial feeding it.

Moving back to the centre of the van now there is a very nicely appointed kitchen area.

To the left is a sink/drainer and an oven with a separate grill, and a 4 ring hob with 3 gas burners and 1 electric. Neatly tucked away above is a microwave oven.

Opposite is a 240v fridge freezer with large cupboard above.

Above this area is an extractor fan for ventilation.

Carrying on towards the rear there is a full size shower cubicle to your left and the toilet and basin cubicle to your right, with a door that separates off the sleeping area from the rest of the van.

Right at the back over the garage area there are two single beds, one either side, with plenty of storage at every level, including a large wardrobe centrally located on the back wall with 3 drawers under. No need to make beds every night.

This area also has a Dometic remote controlled dual air conditioning and heating unit.

There is a second TV, also with an Amazon Firestick, in the bedroom area.

There is Truma blown air heating and hot water that runs on electric and/or gas.

Every opening window has fitted blinds and fly screens, as has the habitation door. The cab area also has fitted blinds so it is very easy to make the inside completely private.

There is a very large dual access garage to the rear of the van, an outside hot and cold shower point, and an outside gas barbecue point.
